Our most explosive pushup is our spring and spin pushup. It takes a takes a tremendous amount of upper body strength and core strength. And Larry is going to demonstrate it for us. So, he is on all force and what he is trying to do is trying to get a round the clock and as few pushups as possible. Okay, I am going to step away while he gives it a go. Holding through that core, go for it. One, two, three, four well done! So you can see while he was turning, he is trying to hold through the core. They are very, very challenging so you have to try this after you have mastered the other push-ups. Okay one more time. Here is the summary of the six pushups. Remember to keep the body in a straight line and try not to arch your back. Now, you probably notice they get harder as you move along. Try one you can do and once you have mastered it, try the next one to make it tougher.
