May Fit TV is everyone’s source for health and fitness information and entertainment from beginners all the way to athletes. We have something for you, I guarantee it. So today’s episode is great as always because we are doing how to spend smart on your health. That’s right. That’s right, who am I? Jim Crammer? That’s right. No I'm not. Okay so, you guys this is stuff that you can incorporate into your life. I'm so sick of hearing you know not that everyone comes to me and says this into my face and walks away but, people think that having fitness is expensive. Oh, well you must be rich. Oh you go to a gym that is $40.00 a month. Oh I don’t have that kind of money. Well guess what, you do have that kind of money and I'm going to tell you why because it all depends on what you're spending it on. Okay, so number one I'm giving you all five or six examples. Number one, stop purchasing that stupid exercise equipment that is just gimmicks. What’s this? The shake weights, oh my god, I'm so sick of seeing those commercials but you know whether it’s a shake weight, whether it’s a little twisty things, whether it’s tat electric ab contracting thing, you guys cut it out. Stop spending that money. F you spend $50.00 on a piece of equipment, you could take that money for $50.00 and this is equipment that doesn’t even work for you, okay? This is just people making money. You can take the $50.00 and spend it on two 15 pound hex dumbbells, okay? But that’s not all. Just wait. You can also buy resistance band and you can buy a stability ball, okay? You can get all that equipment that you can use over and over again and be creative with and actually get results as suppose to buying a shake weight of a twisty little thing. And you know even though it says it’s $20.00, you still got to pay the shipping, paneling and other you know hidden fees that go into it. So, drop all the gimmicks. Don’t buy it. Purchase things that can actually do you good and that you can keep in your house and that you can use, okay? No excuses. All right number two; buying water at the gym. Buying a water bottle like a typical 16 oz water bottle is about $1.50. Okay so that averages out to like $400.00 a year. Do the math. If you buy a $1.50 water bottle you know new water bottle everyday for five days for a whole year, that’s $400.00 a year. Well guess what, that is an entire years wroth of a gym membership. That’s about like $35.00 a month. That is a typical nice quality gym membership that you can use. So I don’t want to hear that a gym membership is too expensive. Instead, you know maybe if you have a water filter, fill up a safe water bottle. You know, get one of these. You can buy it on mayfittv.com, $7.00. There you go. I don’t even know if it’s $7.00 but it’s affordable just fill that thing up and there you go. So you have the money for gym membership. Yeah, any water bottle you guys just make sure that you are reusing something and it’s safe for the environment and for your body as well. Okay number three, eating out.
