But now, thanks to our break through routine you can triple your result and really power up your metabolism. The secret is combining an exercise band with dumbbells. With traditional strength training, your muscles work only their hardest during one part of a move. By adding the exercise band, you put the pressure on from start to finish and for faster firming. Our Triple Toning Circuit incorporates eight exercises using the bands and dumbbells. In between, you'll be doing one minute of cardio, such as jogging in place or jumping jacks to really blast fat.
