The 8-Minute Fat Blast Moves Our next high intensity exercise is a side-to-side move called a Speed Skater. We are going to hop to the side, the opposite leg is going to come behind. Stretch your arms straight. Move with side-to-side hop. Now, if the hop is a little too intensive, take it down to a few steps. You quickly decrease the intensity up without the impact. As you get stronger and more fit, try out in some hops. For a greater challenge, take up to speed. That's it. Now remember, work with a level that's comfortable for you.
