Now, we are working on speed. This ladder drill is called speed run. And as you can see the ladder is quite long because we are going to really book it through quickly. What you want to focus on is driving those knees up and you are stepping through each ladder, drive dive up. Really works those arms and then we are sprinting through, take your other foot lead. Drive the knees up and sprinter. Okay, you guys ready. Let us go. Drive those knees up, let us go! Power right up. Higher knees unto you let us go. This will help improve your running technique. This is what a sprinter would work on, working on that running technique. Go! Go! Go! lean in to it. Lean to it, you knock.
