Tracee Yablon Brenner: Skipping meals is not a good way to lose weight because you are very hungry if you skip a meal, then you tend to eat more. It's best after sleeping a good seven to eight hours to have breakfast to refuel your body, you need to have some proteins to get you moving, give you some energy carbohydrates will give you a lot of energy. It's very important to eat consistently, because you need to get your metabolism going. If you skip meals, you will tend to eat more because you will be starved.
