Male: Before you go, say to an evening affair. It is not a good idea to skip a meal beforehand because that is a bad idea, is that correct? Female: As a matter of fact, the opposite. If I know that somebody is going to an evening affair as you say, I tell them never ever, ever go hungry ever. If you will be meeting people for dinner at 7:00, 5:30, quarter to 6:00. Male: Which you got to over eat, is that correct? Female: None of it are to over eat, even they have bad choices and the first thing that you are going to do is sit down and serve three slices of bread is enough. Male: With butter? Female: Even if it is without the butter. The point is, have a salad. Salad is volumeness, I do not know how to pronounce that word, it is high in fiber, it will satisfy you, you will get to the restaurant comfortably hungry for your meal, and you would not be starving. Have a cup of fruit, something before you go. Male: So initially, working a long day is not normal to get home and sit and tight it will be a delay. So this can be an extra hour to could be more hungry, eat then. So, that would be good time to have that extend to snack. Female: Absolutely. I do not have a copy to show you here. On the brink of food diaries that we ask our clients to keep and that we help them to fill in for a few days in advance. We have snack, if the breakfast the snack gets to lunch but two snacks between lunch and dinner because there are many clients who do not get home from work. They may be coming home from the city by bus or by train, if something does happen, like you say, often enough, I always want them to have something with them in their bag, in their briefcase just in case that happens. Male: If you are waiting at the bus to get back from the city and then you are in a couple of stores because you are hungry. Is there any one little thing that could grab that, that would be relatively safe? Female: Well, if they do not have something with them, and most of the clients – okay yes, if you have to run in anywhere even if it means you are going to eat more than you should have that day, it is still always better to go with another piece of food or a cup of mini carrots and vegetable, if you can. That is why I would recommend a piece of fruit or a vegetable.
