Jennifer Mathew: Including cosmetic surgery, Kari Sellers was the first person in the country to try a procedure called high definition live ball selection. Kari Sellers: Well I wanted it to look like I had abs, it didn't matter how many sit ups I did, I just couldn't get my stomach too look like I want it to look. Jennifer Mathew: Now you would never guess those are abs of steal but skeleton bat. John Millard: And that sense we sculpted a selectively remove fat that we want to remove leaving thin layers behind, and those layers help us give the appearance of muscular definition as real fat. Jennifer Mathew: John Millard is the only surgeon in the US who performs the procedure, outer sound energy is used liquify the fat then it's sucked out leaving just enough to mini muscle. It's best for men and women who are not over weight but want to micro manage their appearance. In other words they are not looking to look thinner for say as much as they look in to look better. Jennifer Mathew: Here is Kari before the procedure and after. Kari Sellers: And that's smaller then I was its just that I now I have a waist you know have that tight waist problem with your slacks they all fit nice, Jennifer Mathew: And the result should last as long as her weight remains the same. This is Jenniffer Matthew's reporting.
