Male Speaker: Sit with one leg straight out in front of you with your toes pointing directly upward. Bring your other foot in toward your knee. Reach toward your toes with both hands until you feel tension. Hold for several seconds. And then relax. Reposition and repeat the stretch using the opposite leg.
