That was 27, number 28, number 29 okay I am done your turn. Okay come on forward, Okay, this is one legged pushups here. They are a little bit tougher because they have three points of contact on the ground, so it forces you to engage use your upper body and your core a little bit more, you want to make sure your hips just straight, kind of twist, good. All the way down, make sure you do not cross your ankles, perfect! And your hands are slightly to the outside of your shoulder. Good! That is what they are doing. Okay, switch sides guys, keep it nice and straight, hold to that core and really push up. Focus on the chest, pushing up, nice! Good! So this is the one legged pushup. They are a little bit more challenging, you give it a try. Good job!
