We are still working on speed. And our next move is called the single leg hurdle. Today, we are using hurdles, but cones work great as well. So what you want to think about is when you are moving through the hurdles, you are driving your inside leg up. Drive it up and keep your outside legs straight. Good. Try it on your left side. Drive it up! Drive it up! Drive it up! Good okay, are you ready guys? Go for it. Drive it up! Drive it up! Keep trying to get that back, the outside legs straight. Drive! Drive! Good, keep working on that speed. Drive it up! Drive it up! Make sure you are working left and right drive it up in your outside legs as you can. Drive it up! Drive it up!
