Single Arm Plank with Tricep Extension Exercise Hi, I’m Jake from Reno, Nevada. It’s all about my client. It’s all about what they wanted to accomplish. And it’s about trying to make their life better. And this is my signature move. And what I’d like to do is we’re on a push up position, so we’re engaging all the abs, all the obloquies, the whole core, and then we’re going to be raising up one hand, getting you off balance, so you got to make stabilize a little bit more. We’re going to be row our arm back and then we’re extending the arm to work the triceps. So, we’re working the triceps stabilizing about the entire body. What we’re going to do is we’re going to start up in a push-up position, so in push up position we want to try to angle. So our arm is right inline with up the shoulder. We’re going to go and get on our feet. This is going to be an advance move. So what we’re going to do is going to do is grab that dumbbell, and we’re going to row back, trying to keep that elbow so us up as high as your shoulder and we’re get extending up. If you find that this too hard or it’s too shaky you start finding your collapsing a little bit, all you can do to make that easier for, you just go ahead and bring and knee down and you continue with the same route. Again if you want to make it more advances, we could bring that leg up. The benefit behind doing this one is you’re not only hitting your triceps be also engaging your abs, your oblique, your retro spinal, all those stabilizing muscle just going to help keep your body nice and slim. It’s also help to be burn more calories because you’re doing more movements. What so great about that one there’s so different ways that we can do that to modify it that anybody can do it.
