Gunnar Peterson: Hi, this move is the side plank with reach under and row. So, once you go on your form aligning the body out instead of a straight line from the heels up to your head abs pulled in and engaged, shoulder directly over the elbow coming out, and when you take the dumbbell, you know reach under and rotate up, reach under and rotate up, keep it up and keep it tight. Whatever number you have performed this side, perform onto the other side.
