This exercise is called the Side Bend; it is going to isolate the obliques. All Sarah is going to do, is just bend straight down, so she feels a nice stretch in her oblique, and then come straight back up. Make sure you breathe on this exercise, you never want to hold you breath, inhaling on the way down, and exhaling on the way up.
