This is a video of a shoulder workout that I did with Vince DelMonte while we were working out in Vegas. We did curl grip shoulder presses, upright rows, and curl grip front raises.

Lee Hayward: Hey, it's Lee Hayward here from leehayward.com and I am working with Vince DelMonte from vincedelmontefitness.com. Now I just want to do shoulder work out now. I am going to show you a couple of unique shoulder exercises that you can do. It's right here Vince is doing the curl press. Watch he is doing the press variation right now, that's good. Use an easy bar and use the underhand curl grip. This hit the front delts with unique angle because most times when you do a shoulder press, you let your hands facing forward, but here you use the curl grip. Now Vince is doing some upright rows. This is great for the entire shoulder complex, works the whole upper back, hits the side in your delts. I am going to show you an unique exercise where you actually -- it's a front lateral raise that hits the front delts from unique angle, where you use easy bar in a curl gip fashion and just do lateral raise that way, or actually it's a front raise, not a lateral raise. I just set up the same way you do a bicep curl, front raise. Vince DelMonte: This guy is a savage, behavior is like a beast. This guy is a savage. Lee Hayward: You know when I do that, I like to hold it up the top, just really get a good peak contraction in the shoulders. So some shoulder exercises that you try in your workouts.
