Speaker: Why should I exercise, if I think I look fine? Gwendolyn Francavillo: Exercising for works is not the most important factor; really exercising for health is the most important factor. So you want to make sure of that you're keeping your heart healthy, you're getting the right amount of new oxygen that you need and making sure you have get muscle tone. So, just because you look fine, you may gain actual morph, which is the slender type of body figure, you still need to have exercise for health, it's not always for weight management. So, it's very important for everyone, even if you're thin to continue to exercise everyday.
