If, when you tie your shoe laces, the knot looks like this so that the laces go up and down the front of your shoe; you’re tying them in a way that they actually get a little bit looser over time. That makes it really easy for them to come untied. Just change one small step and they’ll stay super tight while you walk. If you usually tie your laces right under left before making a bow, just switch that one small step. So, tie left under right and then make the bow. When you tie them this way, the laces sits squarely on your foot. They actually get tighter over time as you walk which keeps them from coming untied.
