Lynne Robinson: To start the main Pilates workout, we’re going to do gentle pilates exercises you need to be standing by a wall side on. But before we start, we’re just going to look how you are standing. So stand with the feet hip with the paw in parallel and you go straight points from your feet base of the big toe, base of the small toe in the center of the heel and pulls triangle. So keep your weight even balanced on those straight points. Just softened your knees check your pelvis’s in neutral, long waist, shoulders relaxed down into your back and then you could be lengthening out through the top of your head. Now I want bare in mind with this exercise that your body is got streaming waist your head, your ribcage and your pelvis and as we are going to be coming up and down like this, I want to keep them stand one on top of the other.
