Hi! I am Michele Stanten, Fitness Director for Prevention. This 10 minute workout will tighten and tone unsightly arm jiggle in just four weeks. For this workout, you'll need two sets of dumbbell. One that should be 3 to 5 pounds and the other 8 to10 pound. You'll also need a matt or a carpeted space for some of the move. Perform this routine 2 or 3 times a week on non-consecutive days for fast results. Now, let's get started.
