No, there’s not a position itself, which could cause injury. The main concern after a pelvis fracture is the amount of weight that is put through the pelvis. For example, your doctor may limit how much weight you can put on one leg or both and so as long as you follow those guidelines on limiting your weight bearing as your doctor prescribes, then there shouldn’t be any real danger. Now having said that, I do strongly recommend you discuss with your doctor about having sex if you’ve had a major pelvis injury, as they should be aware that you have plans and they can help coach you if there is a concern.
