Hi, and welcome to this week’s screw the gym video. Today, we will be demonstrating muscle groups used when performing the wheel barrow condition. Let us begin with the female, you will notice that she must put herself using only on her arms which creates a workout very similar to the push-up targeting her triceps and chest muscles, just to get a great ab workout by balancing herself on the creative position as men has two jobs, to please and not drop her on her face. The male also gets a great arm workout; he is targeting his biceps instead of his triceps by holding up his female. And as always, here we are getting a great ab and back workout when in motion.
