(Music Playing) I will show you here a very powerful yet simple Chinese Massage Technique which is perfect for gamers, gigs and peoples who spent the extended periods of time in front of the monitor. Start and with energizing the face, rub your hands against each other to warm them up and then start to the chin up to the cheeks to forehead, the back of the head and along the bottom of the skull toward the face again. Do this like 5 to 7 times, here you see the slow motion. You use broad, a broad stroke, medium pressure; you should feel the circulation going. Next energizing of the scalp, the neck, and the shoulders, you run from the hair line to the top of the head, back of the head and down to the neck. And then you grab under the shoulder muscle and pull the shoulder muscles forward while you push your head a little bit toward the back, one more time. Okay next thing is energizing of the ears which does not just increase the energy in the ears but also increases the circulation on the head area. You pull along the edge of the ear down to the ear lobe and then give it a little squeeze at the end. Last thing, is energizing of the eyes. Rub your hands together to get some energy into your palms and then hold the palms against to your eyes, it is almost like cupping your eyes. Do this twice for about ten seconds, this is a really good massage technique for a tired eyes, for a strained eyes after a long game or a long working day at the computer. (Music Playing)
