Okay good. Okay now we are going to try this drill sitting down. Good job, sit down. We are still working on our running mechanics. What you are going to do is you are going to sit up and it is going to force you to have really good technique. So driving those arms up and you are taking it in a 90-degree angle. It is still one piece and just driving it forward. Try to keep these shoulders down. Try not to bounce and just go. Okay, let us go you guys. Improving that running technique, try not to bounce. Drive it forward, drive it forward. Good. That is it, shoulders relaxed. Okay rest. Okay, sit up nice and tall and you do it again. Up and tall, good. Okay, are you ready? And go! Drive. Shoulders are relaxed, try not to bounce, good! Go! Go! Go! Drive, drive, drive, drive, that is it. Keep going, keep going. So when you are running and if you are watching this DVD, remember, when you are outside running, give it a try. Remember to drive those arms. Good, okay.
