Male 1: The best way of loosing weight is not to think it is a diet but a change of lifestyle, is that correct? Female 1: Absolutely. Female 2: Absolutely. Male 1: Okay, so taking that in consideration, your many successful promise for the most successful as to anybody was some work here, you got to stick to it and you have the people who are going to coach you and help you get through it. The first thing you have to realize that probably many successful ways of losing weight. But from your experience, the most successful way that you have dealt with is you got to be at it continuously, it is a habit that you have evolved that have to be broken and you are giving some tools to make the trip a little more successful. And, one of the tools is we are going to eat correctly. Not a diet but a new way of eating selectively. Female 1: A lifestyle. Male 1: So you learn to eat the right kind of food, the right amount of food and that can be obtained by many sources, your way in some others. But the thing is it is consistency and the most important thing is even if you sleep once in a while, you pick up the pieces. Female 1: Right. Female 2: Right. Male 1: You move on. No one is perfect and as far as you know, all your pencils and my pencils will have erases, is that true? Female 1: We hope to proceed of that contract. Male 1: Can loose weight as long as they make their commitment. And, if the first thing you do with them, you say, “You know something, we do not want to loose 5 pounds, you probably have to loose 22 pounds.” So you look at that and you say, “This is what you really have.” It may not get you to a point where you are like a model that is going to be in a magazine, this makes the most sense of BMI. You say, “All the fat is or your medical condition, this is what your goal is.” We are sitting something in between, you are going to reach that goal. You are not going to do in a week, you are going to make a risk of spare time, you are going to make sure your doctor agrees to it. There is no medical contraindication, but you put your real goal up in front. That is some fully halfway points. Is that true? Female 1: That is exactly right. Male 1: On a diet, you did a new change of life. And, what you are doing here, you are offering a little bit of guidance on a continues basis. And, I have seen in both your eyes, it is not what you are make, it is what you do with these patience. In other words, your success is not how much you could go shopping with money, it is what you did to these people so they can live their life and they can go shopping for more happy life. Is that true? Female 1: That is right. Female 2: We have a lot of passion of healthy life. Male 1: I see it and I see this beautiful legacy. Female 1: And, we have to tell you one other things it is very important. I have been in this business a long time, every single client, hundreds and a thousand people, all have my phone number and home. Female 2: And mine too. Female 1: Morris’s phone number and cell phone number. Female 2: Every client, that is right. Female 1: So in the 16-1/2 of— (Voice overlap) Male 1: You should not even call this a business, this is your way of life. Female 1: You are right. I just want to say just two things. Number one, people need to learn how to loose weight in a manner that most closely resembles the way they will eat for the rest of their life. That is point number one. Point number two, I am a poor Brooklyn girl that did not go to college. Lot of my clients, most of them, they can be their off-skill, they are highly educated, more so they have come to the Great Laurie Baxter because I am going to teach them, “Hey you know a piece of baked and boiled fish is a lot benefit than a slice of meat.” They already know that stuff. People come to me because I am going to teach them how much of what is good for them they need to have everyday. If you only had good food, eating right does not mean eating the way you should.
