Jenna Phillips: Hi, I am fitness expert Jenna Phillips bringing you fitness style secret, lower body basics. First of all, I want you to do is, turn your feet out, we will then go into plie squats. You want to have a wide stance, tuck your hips, legs are forward, back to shoulders, come all the way down, down, down, down and really, really low from all the way up, squeeze your butt all the way up. When you do is about 30 repetitions, then you are going to right into curtsies. Turn your front feet out, your back heels lifted, come all the way down, your knees bend up the tractions and do this 30 times on each side. This next one I call a lateral leg lift. You want to make sure you are standing perfectly straight, your standing leg is your right leg. You are going to lift left leg straight out to the side, you are going to throw a side punch all alongside your body on the moving leg, same thing on the other side. You really got to think these exercises, you can do them anywhere. They are really, really easy, sleek sexy inner thighs, really firm butt. All these sculpting your lower body without going for the gym. That's the fitness style secret.
