Relax on to your back, bending your knees at first for Savasana. Join your knees towards each other to release your lower back on to the earth. Palms are facing up to the sky, shoulder is spreading. Unwind your neck, releasing thinking mind by drawing the chin slowly to one shoulder and the other. Now this oscillation of your neck to be like like moving in the ocean. Inhale through your whole body and as you exhale ride those tributaries down into the earth. Feeling the decent of thinking mind in the crowd of the head all the way down into the base of the spine into your feet. As you relax into your essence, we will offer you some poetic sutras to take you deeper. The way of experience begins with the breath so just the breath you are breathing now. The breath goes in and just before it turns to flow out, there is a flash of pure joy. Life is renewed, awakened into that. As the breath is released and flows out here is a pose as it turns to float in. In that turn you are empty, into that emptiness is the source of all life. Radiant one, the life essence carries on it's play to the posing rhythm of upward and inward movement. This is the sea wave, the rhythm of life. There experience opens into an exclusive vastness with no beginning and no end. Embrace that infinity without reservation, dive into it, drink deeply of it and emerge, renewed.
