How Many Satisfying Sexual Experiences Do American Women Have Each Month? Irwin Goldstein: Not very many. Very few women have satisfying sexual events each month. The data would suggest that less than one satisfying event per month is achieved by American women. It’s an interesting comment on the quality of their sexual lives.
