Hi everyone, I am Judy and welcome to energy blast. Today we are going to have a great time getting down and moving our body so join us. Come on, get up off that couch. Now, today’s move is called the running knee step and we are going to start off slow and then pick it up so bring your feet together, starting slow, right foot first. Here we go. Forward and forward and together and again. Good. One more slow. Let us try a little faster, here we go. Forward, forward together you got it. Now, try running it. Go. Run that is it. Remember when you are trying to do a sport, pick something that you love and then stick with it. It takes a long time to get really good at something. Forward and back. You got it.
