This is our final speed hurdle and it was called the run too. What you are going to do is both of your feet are going to hit in the middle of the hurdle. And what we are working on is stride speed which is basically the ray which your feet hit the ground when you are running through. So I am going through now. Just lead with my foot. You want to make sure that you try it, left foot lead. Let me see if I can kneel without hitting the hurdle. Now this is pretty tiring. So, it is okay to take a rest in between. Okay, guys ready, go! So again, we are working on speed which you are going to improve your overall running techniques. The posture is really important. Hey go and knock. Looking good. Remember speed, Cassandra speed. Try and pick it up once you got the patter, one, two, one, two good. Okay Andrea go! She is looking really good, it is really coming together. You guys are going to be excellent runners. With this speed hurdle drills, get the knees and toes up quickly. Remember that good strong posture and think about your proper powerful arm swing.
