Okay stop, okay good. Okay, now we are going to try another drill. This one is called the run-run and what it does is it pulls everything together that we have been practicing for good running technique. You are just going to run through the hurdles and what you want to think about are driving the arms and feet up in really good posture. And then of course, you want to try and go a little bit faster than I did through those hurdles. Okay, ready, run-run, let us go. Okay, go! So again, this is all about improving our running techniques. You guys are looking really great. Good posture, driving the arms and knees up. Great! It is really coming together now you guys. Now try to speed it up a little bit if you can. Drive those easy on. Okay Andrea, let us go. Keep going Cassandra. Got it, you got it. Great!
