Runner Lunges Exercise Hi, my name is Tamal Dodge. My free for all choice was basically run and one was just based of a post call Anja crescent post. This is called Runner Lunges with the switch back. I just made it so that you could just pedal like your sprinting, like your jogging. The smaller portion of a larger sequence that you all called cardio yoga, jogging in place and still keeping the yoga aspect you want. This come with your feet together, your knees bend up to 90 degrees. You step your right foot back five feet into a runners launch. Since I was born and raised with it I took it for granted when I was younger. It’s like you’re about launch and sprint. Take an inhale and then just switch legs. Basically my appreciation came through with seen other people appreciate it and then switch as fast as you can for thirty second. Then when I move and I started teaching and sharing with other people, I realize how much of a great gift it was. How important it was that people practice this ancient tradition because it opens you up like nothing happen. It makes you feel great and makes you feel like a million bucks. And it doesn’t matter which leg you end with forward because it’s a balance exercise. When you’re ready to come out, just step the back foot up and you’re done. You can share everything that you’ve learned to other people who haven’t been as fortunate even within raise with the same tradition. You know to spread it around, give it out freely. Now obviously this has an emphasis of cardiovascular. You don’t have to have anybody tell you how it’s good for you. Who cares what other people think? Who cares about frequency of ideas? I say go on to the studio, have fun, practice yoga, breathe deep and be happy. Ones you step fun of it, play with it you shake, you slip, you fall of idea everybody does. I tell you personally I’ve been practicing yoga my entire life, I'm 25 years old. I mean if you think about how many times you fell when you’re a baby you learning how to walk and it didn’t stop you, either should this. So have fun, play with it. You know but seriously you can feel your endorphins pumping. You can feel your body activating, those calories burning and you can see the results.
