Amanda Junker: Sandwiches are delicious meals but if you pile them to high with the wrong items they quickly become fatty. To keep your portions and check, stick to the rule of three. Bacon is calorie dense about 30 calories of strip so only use three if you’re stocking a BLT. For lend dealing meats like turkey, ham, roast beef and chicken stick to three ounces which is the equivalent of about three slices and always include three types of fructose. Veggies spill you out for fewer calories than more meat. Check that for some more for another 60 seconds solution.
