Reversing Facial Fine Lines Dr. Drew Ordon: You're right she’s lovely. How are you? I'm Dr. Ordon, have a seat. And you are? Shelby: Shelby. Dr. Drew Ordon: Shelby welcome. So you raise your hand, you do have some fine lines. Do you do anything? Shelby: I tried many creams, many of the products that are out there. Dr. Drew Ordon: Well you look great, but you know I think somebody like you that these kind of fine lines a product that I want to talk about it’s called lightstim and what it is, it’s an LED light emitting diode it’s light therapy. You're basically doing your own at home laser treatments. And this emits a combination of different wave lengths of light and what you need to do is at home you have to do 20-minute treatment so there's 10 areas on the face so called aesthetic units of the face. You need to do this for at least a few weeks. But it has been shown that LED light therapy is something that has been out for four years will get you some results if you're pretty good about keeping up with it. Travis Stork: And Shelby it was painless right? Shelby: Yeah, it felt great. Dr. Drew Ordon: It doesn’t even heat up that much either. It’s not like hot heat that we do with lasers that potentially can burn you, change your pigmentation. It is safe, it’s not going to give you the dramatic results that you would get from something stronger. And we have pictures that lightstim was nice enough to share with us of how well this works before and after if you stick with their program. And we’re going to send Shelby home with one of this herself.
