Reverse Lunge with Bicep Curl Exercise Hi there, I'm Marc Motemerio and I'm from Hollywood, California. And my training philosophy comes from lots of skills. Lots of skills for me today is not doing a basic passive core, but its being able to reach down and pick up a pair and it put it on your back and walkout at the supermarket. Best exercise that I would be demonstrating is a reverse lunge with the biceps curl and simple exercise per person who's got strong legs. So what you're required for the exercise is just a great big set of dumbbells. It’s difficult for a person who doesn’t have strong legs. Set yourself up quite easily. Now I'm going to be setting on the diagonal, but you can stand directly at headed knee and watch me as I lunge. So the first tip of the exercise is just to reserve lunge nice and easy, stepping back nice and soft. Now remember, you want it bend it back knee as you lunge all the way down, straight from knee and its looks good. So while you are doing this reverse lunge, you want to be focusing on squeezing your gluts, engaging that core really nice and tight. And remember, work those parts as well. Make sure that you squeeze in your inner thighs, so that your knee doesn’t dis-stabilize. Now from here, what you're going to do as you reverse lunge, though it could be strong bicycle for me. Here we go. Three more and two more and last one, that’s good. How many rips do you think you can do in one shot? Maybe 16, maybe 24, I suggest you do two sets of eight for a beginner, three sets of eights for an intermediate and for an advance, why don’t you rip it up into four sets of it so. Should we do eight more? Let's go. So one, nice and strong, that’s a good. Two, looking good, keep those biceps, it looks great, three, nice, four more, good. Engage those inner thighs. Five and six, that’s it, nice and strong. Seven, you got more to go, that’s nice. Good job guys. My butt is burning and I don’t know about yours. My biceps are pumping them. And I'm ready to move on.
