Hi, this is Doctor Debra from topworkoutsecrets.com. This morning I have for you the red mango smoothie. So first I put in the flesh from one mango. To this one I already have cubed and ready to go. You’ve seen my other smoothie videos about how to peel and cut a mango. I think maybe I'll one on just how to do that. The first few times, I tried to deal with a mango. I lost a lot of mango. It was very messy. So there is one mango and then a cup of frozen strawberries. I'm going to add another cup of red raspberries. These are frozen as well. It's nice if you can your fruits fresh but sometimes that’s not possible. A good cup of water for that frozen fruit, get those grinding. Okay the vita mix was struggling a little bit with all that frozen fruits, so let’s add more water. And then put a whole head of romaine lettuce in. Okay, hopefully it will preserve a lot of that red color. That’s a little bit thick. Nice buzzing in the background. Pour over a glass. Okay let’s get this pretty nice red smoothie and I've got lots of vitamin C. The mangoes got vitamin C. The raspberries have vitamin C. Strawberries have some vitamin C. So lots of good vitamin C for your body, minerals in the lettuce and I've got this beautiful red mango smoothie. There is your smoothie for today.
