Sarah’s Low Carb Vegetarian Kitchen Sweet and Sour Tofu Hi Sarah Cox here. Welcome again to my Low Carb Vegetarian Kitchen where we make food fast without being fast food. Today I’m going to show you how to make a really delicious sweet and sour tofu recipe. I’ll just be using hard stir fried tofu, some vegetables and onions and some low carb sweet and sour sauce. So to start of we’re going to add some oil to my pan and just a little bit of mixed garlic because I really love garlic. If you don’t like garlic so much – this doesn’t taste so much garlic. I’ll add my onions. This is one whole onion. I’m just mixing up. Just let the onion softened up a little bit and get the flavor of the garlic. Now, we’re going to add some celery probably about six to eight celery probably about 600 grams of celery. I should add a dash of water because I don’t want stick into the bottom, add some water there and also my capsicum. In America you called them bell peppers. I got about four white big peppers a variety of colors. Stir them around and I’m going put a little bit of extra water here and I’ll put the leaves on. Let’s walk away and do something else. So, I’ll come back in about five minutes and see how these are going just let them soften up a little bit for – Okay those vegetables are a little bit softer now that they’ve been sitting there and covered probably for about five minutes and now all I have to do is add the tomatoes probably about 600 grams. So that’s the same amount as what I had the other vegetables of the equal proportions and the tofu that’s 300 g about 10 ounces of hard tofu. Add some sweet and sour sauce that’s about a 100 mills, which I think it’s probably three to four fluidounces. Just put it off to really get it through the mixture. What I’ll do is stir that together. Get it all through and we’ll cover that up again. That should be done in about five minutes and I’ll come back and show you what it looks like. Four per serve.
