Receiving Help During Lung Cancer Fight They have been absolutely wonderful. From the very start of it, people come to my room every single day. It was almost an overload of people you know wanting to call, bringing flowers, bringing guests, sending guests and I actually had to come to a point on my blog to tell people please no more guests and I’ve come up with a list of items that I actually did need versus items that I didn’t necessarily need. So that way, its something —then I got it onto the web, but more than that, from a mental standpoint, they really have been absolutely supportive, just you know knowing that they’re there for me. Knowing that well I was here in the hospital that they’ll still cover me at work. That they aren’t taking my accounts or anything like that while I’m gone and just knowing that my place will always still be there. Human resources department has been great helping me along with the insurance and some of those sticky types of things that I know it was fun to deal with. So, I’m very grateful that they’ve been supportive.
