Let’s talk about the three reasons why people get fat, now there are three specific reasons I’m going to tell you what they are, starches, sugar and alcohol. Now if you avoid all these three things I can guarantee you, you will lower your body fat. But I’m going to tell you why you are gaining body fat from these three things. First of all starches, say for instance you’re eating bread, pasta, cereal you need to burn this off before the day is over and for you to burn off a piece of bread you are looking a two hours and half of cardio to burn this off. So if you are doing only 45 minutes a cardio a day you will never going to burn off a piece of bread and more than anything your eating a whole sandwich which is two slices of bread which would need five hours of cardio to burn off one sandwich which is incredible you are not going to do it and the reason why is this is because the body does not process starches as efficiently. Now sugars, sugar anytime you ingest sugar you create and insulin spike. Now the reason why that’s so bad for you is that the side effect of having high insulin is that you maintain body fat more efficiently, you can literally go on the cardio machine have a tic tac which is only one calorie and not burn any body fat. Now alcohol, alcohol is base with the pure sugar. Beer not pure sugar but just pure sugar and calories, there is no way you are going to burn off a beer. There is no way, so if you are looking at these things understand the concept of why make you fat and avoid them and I can guarantee you, you will loss body fat just simply by avoiding these three things. Obviously you want to get into good stuffs to the broccoli, the spinach, the chicken, the turkey, the fish, the grape fruits that they was supplement your nutrients for the things that you need to keep you healthy in the live but more than anything avoid those three things; starches, sugar and alcohol.
