If you want to lose weight and you're seeking guidance, help, support, go to someone who’s succeeded at losing weight and keeping it off because I don’t know that anybody else truly understands the battle or the journey and that—you know you got to a doctor and they say “Oh yeah you really need to lose weight.” Here’s a diet, you know on the white sheet of paper and then they say, “Well what do you mean, just don’t eat cake.” And it’s not that simple. So you really need to be with somebody who understands what you're going through and can inspire you and motivate you because they’ve walked that walk.
