Okay, good! Okay, let us try something a little bit different. The next drill is called switches. So all you doing are you are tapping lines, switching legs and arms, so we are going on quickness. Okay, ready? Let us go. Good! Now all this quickness moves are really going to help improve your over all athleticism. Good! That is it, up and down. They just are going to make you a better over all athlete.
