This quickness drill is called the shuffle, and what we are working on is foot speed. What you want to do first is get the patter on your feet, 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, over the line. And once you go confident, speed it up. You just keep working on that footwork. Okay let us go. Speed it up you guys. Good. This is a really, really easy drill to do. All you need is a line and a pair of feet and it is going to help improve your foots peed. Looking good.
