So you've been in a little naughty and you hadn't been keeping up with your workout routine as much as you normally do and you have an event to go to tonight, a pretty important event to attend. You need to get those muscles showing once more. So I have a few tricks up my sleeves that may help you in that process. One thing to set up with which all of the ladies love are the back of our arm. If you have a strapless dress on or some nice little strap on your dress, one thing to work on, you just got to do some dips, pretty simple. You can do this on a chair at your house, you can do it on the small little table, you can even do it on the floor in just be a very short range of motion. So all you're going to do is kick your feet out and you're going to drop all the way down and then push out driving through the palms of your hands, just make sure your elbows go straight back and then up. Now you want to make sure that your lower back is close to the bench. We don't want to be in here, because you're going to be doing much. So you're going to straight down in the ground and then pushing up. Do about maybe 1o to 20 of those and your arms will be looking kind of good. You will be seen in a little in shape right there along the back of your arm. Next thing we can do the chest or kind of activate to the shoulders in the bicep area which a lot of women these days want to have look good. So you can do this on the floor, you can do it on a bench like I'm doing right now and you can really do it anywhere, but I want your hands out wide, you're just going to take it all the way down and then push up. To take that chest all the way almost nose to the floor, if you are on the floor, exhale as you come up. Again, do about 10-20 of these, and you will have some pretty good looking shoulders and biceps. You can also take the hands in close triceps pushups. Now these are a little bit more difficult than the triceps dips I showed you a bit ago. Elbows go in and then you push out. Now the key is to have your arm rub along your side and then push up. You'll feel it work the back of the arms right there, alright. One thing I haven't forgot about all those legs. You've got a nice little cocktail dress going on for this event, what you want to do, you can do this on some stairs if you have some stairs at home. Again, you can do it on chairs if you'd like. All you're going to do, it's a pretty big range of motion, step up and down. I get a lot of my clients to do this, maybe a set of 10 on each leg. So you do 10 on the right, switch it up, do 10 on the left. You'll really feel activate to the thighs, squeezing through the quads, the hands and the glutes. So step up and down and the people there'll be pretty impressed to what you brought with you. Your guns and your legs and you're pretty set for that event. So good luck.
