Squeezing more exercise into your daily routine doesn’t have to be a chore. Here are a few ideas to get your blood pumping. Buy a set of hand weights and play a round of Simon Says with your kids. You do it with the weights then have them do it without it. When walking, take hillier routes. Take your dog on longer walks. Start with an extra five minutes a day.
