Want to have more energy throughout the day? Want to burn more fats? Then I have a five-minute health tricks for you. Trade your bowl of high sugar cereal for a plate of eggs. Eating protein with some fat for breakfast jump starts your metabolism. Eating some fat will trigger you to burn fat so some bacon is okay just not the whole thing. Try switching from a bagel to an omelet. If you’re a vegetarian just adding some peanut butter to a slice of whole wheat toast it will help your body absorb carbs more slowly so you feel full longer.
