Qigong Workout Routine - Twist and Reach Now, we’re going to continue with the twist and reach bringing your feet a little wide within shoulder in the part toes or add a little bit, bring your right hand on top of your left hand. Taking a deep breath in, bring that right hand down and wrist to the other side, you bend your knee a little bit, bring the hands back twist to the other side, nice deep breaths. As you do more of this you’ll notice that you’ll be able to twist a little further, reach the arms. As you’re doing these moves notice the energy throughout your body and how that feels. As you continue the movements you’ll notice that you’ll feel more energize, your body is limbering up and our last one, coming back to the center.
