Male Speaker: Wax the ear. It's not a good idea to use Q-tips to take the wax out. Why is that? Male Speaker: Q-tips are now out of use. If you look at the box, it actually says in very small letters, do not put in the ear. What Q-tips do, is they may take out a little bit but the rest of it they will push in and wax if you leave it alone is a good thing, it's protects the ear and it comes out on its own. Once you put something in the ear with a Q-tip, then the wax gets stuck and then you have to come to us to take it out.
