Speaker: This is Push Up Shoulder Tap this is on the knees the challenge is on the toes. So let's pull into a push up position, you are going to take those shoulders you wan them over your wrist and then pull your hips into alignment so that your abs are nice and tight and your spine is like a plank of wood lift your feet if that feels more comfortable, now we are going to drop down for four so you have to control it, really work hard, just shoulders and abs, here we go. One, two, three, four then come up for two, one, two and incorporate a shoulder tap a little balance challenge right here, come down one, two, three, four up, one, two, other hand, one, two, three, four, up, one, two think about it abs tight, good and one, two. You are going to keep repeating that side to side, you want to always think about keeping you abs tight nice long spine, you feel it in that upper body, it's a great overall body exercise.
