Tone your chest, arms, and shoulders with the Push-Up

Michele Stanten: One of the best toning moves is an old standby, the push-up. This firms your chest, your arms and your shoulders. We're going to start down on our knees and walk our hands out so that our body is in a nice straight line from our knees to our head and our hands are underneath our shoulders. You're going to bend your elbows out slowly lowering your chest toward the floor and then press back up. Keeping those abs nice and tight and don't hold your breathe. Good! Body is moving all in one in the line just like you are a plank of wood. You want to do 8 to 12 reps of this move and then move onto the next exercise.
