Metachi! No! [Music playing] Hi, I am Dina Prioste. Welcome to getexercised. Well, it has been months since I have practiced doing push-ups. Since I did the push-up at the service as a matter of fact and thank you all for all of your wonderful feedback. Keep your arms out wider and elbows away from your body. Do them looking straight like we cannot see how many you can do without editing, no crying around, LOL. Those are half of skip low pitch. Here we go, push-ups on edited, no girl push-ups. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13. Oh, I am shaking! 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20. That was it for today I did not eat enough carbs today. So, that is it for today. I guess that so happens when you take your hands wider, it is harder. Push-ups are a great upper body workout and the best thing about it, is you do not need to buy any fancy equipment. So, drop and give me what you have got. Join me next week for a funky hip stretch.
