Female Speaker: Today’s exercise is Push Up with Bosu. Now with the push up, you can do it dome side up or dome side down. Today, just for fun, we’ll do it dome side down. So, we’re making it nice and wobbly so you have to work on stabilizing a little bit, I just made your legs little short. So, placing at the front end of the mat so that your feet can be on the mat as well.
